Gary Grimsby

Gary Grimsby has over two decades of experience in the textiles industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Healthcare Textiles at Encompass Group, LLC since April 2016. In this role, Gary oversees Manufacturing, Sourcing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality Control for the company, which specializes in Healthcare Textiles and Professional Apparel. Prior to this, Gary held the position of Senior Vice President of Sourcing and Operations at Perfect Fit Industries from April 2008 to March 2016, where oversight of Sourcing, Operations, and Manufacturing was a key responsibility. Gary also served as Vice President of Sales at American Homes and Textiles from February 2001 to April 2008, successfully increasing annual sales from $3 Million to $12 Million. Earlier experience includes the role of Vice President of Sales/Division Manager at Perfect Fit Industries from 1998 to 2001, managing a $30 million Decorative Bedding Division.
