Bonnie Butterfield

Bonnie Butterfield is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in therapy operations, currently serving as the Regional Director of Therapy Operations for Encompass Health since June 2015. In this role, Bonnie supports Therapy Operations Leadership across 24 rehabilitation hospitals, focusing on compliance with regulatory standards, patient care, safety, patient satisfaction, and quality. Prior to this position, Bonnie worked at HealthSouth from May 2001 to June 2015, where responsibilities included managing the therapy department for a 90-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital and overseeing a multidisciplinary outpatient department. Bonnie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College.
