Jeremie Axe

Jeremie Axe is a highly experienced orthopaedic surgeon currently serving as the President of Medical Staff and Orthopaedic Program Director at Encompass Health since December 2016, while also being a partner at First State Orthopaedics since July 2015. Fellowship trained in shoulder and sports orthopaedic surgery, Jeremie has held notable positions including Orthopaedic Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital and the American Sports Medicine Institute. In addition to clinical roles, Jeremie has contributed to leadership as a board member for the Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation and the Medical Society of Delaware. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Delaware, complemented by a strong foundation from Salesianum School.
