Jolene Smith RN has extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice since April 2022, and simultaneously at Encompass Health since August 2019, where roles included Regional Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, and Regional Sales Director. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Community Services at Encompass Home Health & Hospice from July 2015 to August 2019, and as a Registered Nurse at Munroe Regional Medical Center from August 2007 to July 2013. Jolene Smith holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Central Florida Community College.
