Phillip Carr

Phillip Carr, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Regional Program Director at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing patient care for hospice and home health patients, sales training, account recovery, and strategic planning. Carr has extensive experience in community care as the Community Care Regional Program Director at Encompass Health and previously held the role of Regional Director of Operations. Prior to this, Carr served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Camellia Healthcare from September 2011 to May 2018. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Northeast Mississippi Community College, an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Itawamba Community College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Chamberline University.
