Sandra Milburn

Sandra Milburn, AAS, BBA, MSM, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Encompass Health since June 1997 and as the Director of Human Resources at HealthSouth since March 1998. Prior to these roles, Sandra worked as a Recruiter and HR Generalist at Methodist Healthcare from 1989 to 1999. Educationally, Sandra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from The University of Memphis between 1996 and 2000 and holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University.
