Steven Waits currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Region President of Home Health Operations at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice since November 2021. Concurrently, Steven holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations for the Southeast region at Encompass Health since July 2019, where also served as Vice President of Clinical Services. Additionally, Steven has been with Alacare Home Health & Hospice since December 1994, where the role of Chief Clinical Officer has been undertaken. Steven obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Jacksonville State University between 1986 and 1991.
