Yolanda Hatcher

Yolanda Hatcher is an experienced compliance and human resources professional with over 20 years in various roles within the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Compliance Investigations at Encompass Health since February 2012, Yolanda oversees health care compliance, workforce investigations, and data reporting for a multi-state provider. Previously, Yolanda held positions as a Senior Investigations Coordinator and Human Resources Generalist at Encompass Health, where responsibilities included workplace investigations, data reporting, and HR support. Yolanda began career in customer service at AT&T from March 2001 to February 2012. Yolanda holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
