Mallory Griffin

Mallory Griffin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment litigation, currently serving as Assistant Counsel - Compliance at PSEG since November 2015, after progressing through roles such as Senior Compliance Counsel and Compliance Counsel. Prior to PSEG, Mallory Griffin worked as an Associate Attorney at DiFrancesco, Bateman, Coley, Yospin, Kunzman, Davis, Lehrer & Flaum, P.C., specializing in representing both employers and employees on issues related to discrimination and harassment. Earlier experience includes a law clerk position for the Honorable Donald A. Kessler at the Superior Court of New Jersey and law clerk roles at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon PC and Roche Molecular Systems.
