Manasa Bhat

Manasa Bhat has over 18 years of work experience in the mortgage industry. Manasa is currently serving as the SVP Operations at Encompass Lending Group since 2021.

Before that, they worked at Infosys BPM from 2018 to 2021 as the Head of Operations retail mortgage banking. In this role, they managed a team of over 150 employees and handled onsite client services management for a large bank. Manasa also helped build client relationships with offshore teams and conducted client journey mapping for mortgage servicing.

From 2013 to 2018, Manasa worked at Envoy Mortgage as a Business Process Manager. Manasa was responsible for defining processes and policies for mortgage origination and various other operations. Manasa also formed offshore teams and automated processes, facilitated compliance and legal support, and managed both offshore and onshore services.

Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Envoy Mortgage Ltd from 2007 to 2013. Here, they played a crucial role in growing the organization, conducting calibrations with clients, ensuring smooth operations, and overseeing HR, accounting, IT, and administration.

Manasa started their career at MyITgroup as an Assistant Manager from 2004 to 2007, where they assessed loan risks, pre-qualified prospects, and handled loan application processing and document verification.

In 2003, they worked as a Process Associate & Trainer at Infosys, where they drew documents for the US home mortgage industry, reviewed appraisals and title reports, and assisted the team as a floor walker.

Overall, Manasa Bhat has a diverse and extensive background in the mortgage industry, with experience in operations, client management, process improvement, and team leadership.

Manasa Bhat completed a Masters Program in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from the National Institute of Management. Manasa pursued this degree from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Computer Application from Dr K S Sharma College, specializing in Computers. Manasa attended Dr K S Sharma College from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Manasa Bhat also obtained certifications in Salesforce through LinkedIn in May 2019 and in NMLS through NMLS in March 2019.
