Ann E. Bueche

Ann E. Bueche serves as a Learning Advisor at EnCompass LLC, focusing on providing impactful learning experiences for USAID staff through the Training, Professional, and Organizational Development Contract. Prior to this role, Ann founded and led consulting initiatives at Better Places & Practices for People & the Planet, emphasizing program development and coaching. Experience also includes advisory roles at Creative Associates International, Management & Training Corporation, and ICMA, where Ann contributed to governance, social inclusion, capacity building, and vocational training. Ann holds an MA in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Certificate in Training Specialist from Georgetown University, alongside a BA in Sociology/Anthropology from Kalamazoo College.
