Anthony Connor

Anthony Connor currently serves as Deputy Chief of Party for the Innovation Design, Execution, and Acceleration Support (IDEAS) Activity at EnCompass LLC, a role started in September 2023. Prior to this, Anthony held the position of Program Officer for Agricultural Development at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and was the Founder of Reach Far Relief, providing consulting services for small companies in health and agriculture. Anthony's extensive experience includes senior roles at Dimagi, where responsibilities encompassed program design, crisis response, and agricultural systems in diverse international settings. Additional entrepreneurial efforts include founding AGROAM, which delivered a crowdsourced Market Information Service for small-scale farmers. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in International Comparative Politics from The American University of Paris.
