Carrie Conway

Carrie Conway is the Vice President of Technical Assistance and Evaluation at EnCompass LLC. Before that, Carrie was the Managing Director at Resonance, where Carrie managed the Washington D.C. office and staff, developed client engagements with various organizations, and served as a home office Director/Senior Project Manager. Prior to Resonance, Carrie held leadership roles at Chemonics International, AECOM, and AECOM International Development. Conway holds a Master's degree in International Development from Clark University and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Vermont.
