Fazel Rahim

Fazel Rahim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in gender integration and development assistance, currently serving as a Gender and Learning Advisor at EnCompass LLC since March 2016. Previously, Fazel held key roles at USAID, including Senior Gender Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed compliance with gender policies and engagement with governmental and private sector entities in Afghanistan. At UNDP, Fazel was a Provincial Coordinator, developing strategic plans for effective gender mainstreaming, while prior experience with War Child UK involved managing programs and conducting needs assessments. Fazel possesses a Master's Degree in Management of Development from Università degli Studi di Torino, a Diploma in Leadership Development Studies, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law and Political Science.
