Gwendolyn Bevis

Gwendolyn Bevis is an accomplished professional in the field of monitoring and evaluation with extensive experience in project management and assessment. Currently serving as the Chief of Party for the Ukraine Monitoring and Learning Support Contract at EnCompass LLC, Gwendolyn previously held multiple roles at Management Systems International, including Chief of Party, Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, and Technical Director. Gwendolyn's work encompasses performance evaluation design, implementation, and technical direction in various contexts, focusing on areas such as governance, civil society, and conflict. Gwendolyn's expertise spans numerous countries, including Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, among others. Gwendolyn holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree from Swarthmore College.
