Hailey Keuck

Hailey Keuck is currently the Chief of Party for the USAID Global Waters Communications and Knowledge Management II project at EnCompass LLC. Prior to this role, Hailey served as the Deputy Chief of Party at Resonance and as a Knowledge Management Specialist at Dexis Consulting Group. Hailey has a background in climate change, agriculture, and policy, with experience at organizations such as Heifer International, ActionAid USA, and the Peace Corps. Hailey holds a Master of Arts in Global Human Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from The College of Idaho.
