Encompass Training & Development Specialist - Contract Support For Bha-usaid at EnCompass LLC

Jacquelyn Miller is a seasoned Training, Adult Learning, and Organizational Development Specialist currently serving as contract support for the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) at USAID through EnCompass LLC since January 2024. Jacquelyn has previously contributed expertise as a Training & Development Specialist with Greenleaf Integrative and as a consultant for various organizations, including United Way of Greater Nashville and Moore Strategic. Noteworthy roles include Director of Professional Development for the State of Tennessee's Adult Education Division and Director of Engagement and Partnerships at Complete Tennessee, where Jacquelyn led initiatives to advance educational outcomes for underserved populations. With a strong foundation in adult education, systemic change, and cross-sector collaboration, Jacquelyn has effectively designed and facilitated numerous professional development programs and training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
