Julie Barton

Julie Barton is currently the Director of Business Management at EnCompass LLC, where Julie is responsible for overseeing business practices and processes within the Technical Assistance and Evaluation practice area. Prior to this role, Julie served as the Director of Child Labor and Education at Winrock International, managing projects in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Julie has also held positions at Project Literacy and Allston-Brighton Healthy Boston Coalition, bringing a wealth of experience in project management and community education. Julie holds a Master of Science in International Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
