Nikita Martin

Nikita Martin is a Project Manager II at EnCompass LLC, with a progressive career in project management and leadership development starting from 2020. Prior roles at EnCompass include Project Manager I, Senior Project Coordinator, Project Coordinator, and Project Assistant. Prior to EnCompass, Nikita served as a Secondary Education Language Teacher with the Peace Corps, where a notable accomplishment included the organization of a 2-day Sexual and Reproductive Health Seminar for 110 adolescents, in addition to acting as the National Communications Coordinator for the REDES initiative. Previous experience also includes positions as a Public Policy Fellow at Cuyahoga County and Operations Specialist at The Strategy Group Company. Nikita holds a Master of Science in Development Management from American University School of International Service and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Political Science from Baldwin Wallace University.
