Tionelepo Ndhlovu

Tionelepo Ndhlovu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior CS Advisor for PMI Evolve at EnCompass LLC since January 2024. In addition to this role, Tionelepo has been a Lead Consultant at Leading Learning Solution since January 2021 and a Columnist for Zambia Daily Mail Limited since 2014. Previous experience includes serving as Learning and Development Manager at World Vision from January 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included talent management and staff wellbeing consulting. Tionelepo has also held notable positions at Yalelo Limited as a Learning and Development Trainer and at Pr as a Learning and Development Consultant.
