Steve Jordan has over 20 years of work experience in the field of technology and digital marketing. Steve started their career as a Technical Support specialist at USWeb in 1997, where they provided support for over 500 users, resolved hardware and software issues, and assisted with network administration. Steve then joined Schick Technologies as a Senior Helpdesk / Field Technician from 2003 to 2008. Steve was responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems. In 2009, Steve joined Encompass Media Group as a Search Engine Optimizer, where they executed various SEO functions, analyzed website analytics, and developed link building strategies. In 2015, they joined CCS Technology Solution in the role of Jim Coban. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated expertise in SEO, technical support, and digital marketing.
Steve Jordan received an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Pasadena City College, where they attended from 1985 to 1987. Steve later pursued further education at IT Exchange in 2009, taking courses in CCNA but did not acquire a degree.
