Katie Spell

Katie Spell serves as the Managing Partner at Encompass Medical Group since February 2017, where responsibilities include managing care for a diverse patient population with complex medical conditions. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse at Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Associated Plastic Surgeons, and Employer Health Services, focusing on cardiac procedures, post-surgical care, and flu shot campaigns. Katie also worked as a Nurse Case Manager at Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care, overseeing care for multiple patients. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Research College of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Avila University.
