Andrew Williams has a diverse range of work experience. Andrew started their career as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in 2010. Andrew then worked as a Vice President at The Doug Williams Group from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they founded and served as the CEO of SpendShift Solutions, a management consulting company. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Founder of Sustain Solutions. In 2018, they joined Techstars as an Entrepreneur. Andrew also founded Kodo in 2018. In 2019, they became a Product Manager at Toptal, and later worked as the Head of Product and currently as the VP of Product at Encompass.
Andrew Williams attended UCF College of Business from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2019, they enrolled in Product School to pursue a degree in Product Management. As for additional certifications, Andrew completed the PM Certificate program at Product School in September 2019. Andrew also obtained the AI Product Management Specialization from Duke University in June 2023.
