Charline Claesen is currently working as an HR Business Partner at Encon, where Charline provides creative and innovative sustainability solutions for businesses. Prior to this, Charline worked as an Executive Search Consultant at HR One Group, specializing in talent acquisition for pharma & biotech companies. Charline also gained experience as an HR and Recruiting Assistant at Bayer. Charline holds a Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from KU Leuven.
