Stillman Jordan

Stillman Jordan III, P.E., currently serves as the President of ENCON Heating & A/C, where responsibilities include defining and communicating the company’s purpose and core values to strengthen organizational culture. Previous positions at ENCON include Vice President, Comfort and Energy Solutions Division Manager, Engineering Department Manager, and HVAC Engineer and Energy Specialist, showcasing a progressive career in leadership and engineering within the HVAC industry. Prior experience includes work as a Mechanical Professional Engineer at HDR Engineering, a Product Development Engineer at Dripping Wet Water, and a Customer Service Representative/Sales Person at Star Furniture. Stillman holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and two degrees in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
