Jim Johnson has extensive experience in the safety products industry, having spent over 29 years at Encon Safety Products, where positions included General Manager, Vice President, Business Unit Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. In this role, Jim Johnson represented the company as a direct factory representative. Prior to Encon, Jim Johnson worked for Safety Supply Canada for 15 years as a Business Development Manager, focusing on sales of instrumentation and personal safety products, as well as establishing supply agreements.
