Nikolaj Buhl has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nikolaj is currently working at Encord as a Product Manager since July 2023. Prior to that, they were a Founder Associate at Encord from July 2022 to July 2023, where they focused on growth, partnerships, and new product development. Encord is an AI-assisted platform that provides data annotation, automation, and evaluation services. The company has been recognized as one of the top 100 innovative AI companies in 2022 and has received funding from reputable leaders in the industry.

Before their time at Encord, Nikolaj worked at Penneo A/S as a Business Operations Associate in 2020-2021. Nikolaj also gained experience in procurement as a Consultant at Silhorko-Eurowater A/S in 2020. In the same year, they worked as a Consulting Visiting Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

In 2019, Nikolaj had the opportunity to work as a Commercial Trainee at the Royal Danish Embassy in Beijing under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Prior to that, they gained experience in a start-up called Optim Beverage Group as a Swiss Army Knife, where they had a diverse set of responsibilities. Nikolaj also briefly worked as a Temporary Employee at Nordea in 2015.

In 2019, Nikolaj attended a Summer School program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing on Economics and Management of E-Business. Additionally, they participated in an exchange semester at the University of Southern California in 2018-2019. Currently, Nikolaj is pursuing a Master's in Management at the London Business School, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2022.
