Adam Kube is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile kitchen environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef for Catering & Banquets and Main Kitchen at Encore Boston Harbor since January 2019, Adam previously held the position of Executive Chef/Partner at Bastille Kitchen from January 2014 to October 2016. Prior to that, Adam's experience at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company included roles as Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, and Cook 1 from October 2005 to December 2013. Adam began culinary career as a Line Cook at Linos Restaurant from January 2002 to August 2005. Adam earned an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Johnson & Wales University between 2005 and 2007.
