Adam Kube is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile kitchen environments. Currently serving as Executive Chef for Catering & Banquets and Main Kitchen at Encore Boston Harbor since January 2019, Adam previously held the position of Executive Chef/Partner at Bastille Kitchen from January 2014 to October 2016.
