Kavish Rapal is an experienced leader in dialer operations with a strong background in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Dialing Strategy, Inventory Management, Marketing, and Digital at Encore Capital Group since April 2009, Kavish has demonstrated expertise in service delivery, inventory management, workforce management, contact centers, and vendor management. Previous roles include Sr. Manager and Manager positions at Encore Capital Group, as well as experience as a Sr. Dialer Support Analyst at EXL Services Ltd from May 2006 to March 2009. Kavish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Lucknow University, completed in March 2006.
