Mikal Cox

Mikal Cox is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in talent acquisition and human capital management. Currently serving as HRIS BSA at Encore Capital Group since October 2011, Mikal has played a pivotal role in the implementation of Workday HCM and Financials, including leading early adoption efforts for Workday Recruiting. Previous experience includes leadership roles at MCC, where Mikal provided executive search and consulting services, and recruitment positions at Broadcom, Knowledge Infusion, Black & Decker, and Washington Mutual. Mikal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Angelo State University.
