Nancy Loftus

Nancy Loftus currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Midland Credit Management, a position held since September 2019, while also serving as Associate Corporate Counsel for Encore Capital Group since November 2015. Prior positions include Staff Counsel at Encore Capital Group and City Council Member for the City of Fairfax from July 2014 to June 2016. Nancy also has extensive legal experience as an Assistant County Attorney for Fairfax County from June 1997 to June 2014 and as an Associate Attorney at Bankert & Norair LLP from 1994 to 1997. Nancy Loftus earned a JD in Law from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a BA in Business, Communications, and English from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Educational background includes attendance at Fairfax High School from 1982 to 1986.
