Sudipto Mukherjee

Sudipto Mukherjee is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President - Legal at Encore Capital Group since May 2016, having progressed through the ranks to Senior Manager Legal and Manager Legal. Prior to this, Sudipto held the position of Legal Manager & Company Secretary at VIVO Healthcare from February 2015 to May 2016, where responsibility included managing legal and compliance issues to mitigate business risks. Sudipto also served as Group Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Mount Shivalik Industries Limited from August 2013 to February 2015, overseeing legal and secretarial compliance for several companies within the group. Earlier roles included Company Secretary at CNB Finwiz Private Limited, managing compliance for various stock broking entities, and Executive (Secretarial & Legal) at Yadu Group. Sudipto holds a CS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Har Lal School of Law, CCS University.
