Tracy Ting

Tracy Ting is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Encore Capital Group. Prior to their current role, Tracy served as the Chief People Officer at Avanir Pharmaceuticals from December 2017 to September 2019. Tracy has also held leadership positions at Affymetrix, Varian Medical Systems, and PwC.

Tracy has over 25 years of experience in human resources and has a proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success. Under their leadership, the HR team at Encore Capital Group is focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the company’s growth.

Tracy Ting's educational career began at Lynbrook High School in California. Tracy then attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Business Administration. After graduation, they participated in the AeA/Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.

Tracy Ting reports to Ashish Masih, President & CEO. They work with Ryan Bell - President, Midland Credit Management, Inc., Steve Carmichael - SVP, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, and Craig Buick - CEO, Cabot Credit Management.
