Tony Scaletta

Tony Scaletta is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in various industries. As the Founder and CEO of Encore Concrete Coatings since January 2021, Scaletta has leveraged prior experience as the Founder and CEO of EncoreGarage from June 2006 to January 2021, a company specializing in garage transformations. Additionally, Scaletta co-founded DesignSavy in March 2017, focusing on product design, manufacturing, and sales alongside oldest son Anthony. Scaletta's career began with MINDSIGHT, originally VPA Teleproductions, where responsibilities included serving as Partner and CFO from 1984 to 2000. Scaletta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago, attained between 1979 and 1984, following an education at Lyons Township High School.
