Nathaniel Woods

Nathaniel Woods serves as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager for Encore Dredging Partners, LLC since November 2017, overseeing safety, health, and environmental operations for 225 personnel across five projects and two yard facilities in five states. Previously, Nathaniel held the position of Company Safety Manager at Inland Dredging Company and served as Safety Manager at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, where responsibilities included administering health and safety programs, investigating accidents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional experience includes managing environmental safety in a hospital setting at Sodexo and leading facility operations in the US Navy, where a focus on safety training and performance reporting was emphasized. Nathaniel holds a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
