Joseph Stappert

Joseph Stappert currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Manager at Encore Energy Services, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at Constellation Energy from July 2007 to October 2020, notably as the Director of Customer Choice, overseeing retail natural gas and power sales across the contiguous United States. Joseph also worked at Cornerstone Energy Services, Inc. as the Director of Customer Choice, focusing on retail natural gas sales for small and medium businesses, from October 2002 to July 2007. Earlier experiences include serving as the Customer Choice Product Manager at Aquila Energy / Utilicorp United, where responsibilities included sales management for the same market segment, and roles at Daniel Industries focusing on liquid terminal automation systems and flow measurement software quality assurance. Joseph received education at Northeast Community College and Wynot Public School, with additional studies at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
