Tim Fries

Tim Fries has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tim has held positions such as Vice President - Development at Encore Enterprises since 2022, Operations Manager at Nolan Management Service LLC since 2012, General Manager at Churchill McGee, LLC from 2021 to 2022, Vice President - Projects at JLL from 2017 to 2021, and Senior Project Manager - KY and Southern IN Market Leader at CBRE from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they served as Executive Vice President at Jamesway Construction, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for all executive and management facets of the national construction management firm. Tim also played a significant role in increasing the company's sales by approximately $15 million during their tenure. Prior to that, they worked as VP Senior Construction Manager at Derek Engineering, Inc. from 1988 to 2014.

Tim Fries obtained their high school education from St. Xavier High School, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from 1979 to 1983. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Louisville, graduating in 1989.
