Art Hernandez is a seasoned professional in the rigging and stagehand industry, currently serving as Rigging Manager for Encore Minnesota since October 2022. Previous positions include Rigging Supervisor at Solotech Inc. and Manufacturing Team Lead at Munters, where responsibilities included assembling climate control units. Art's extensive background also spans roles such as Regional Rigging Coordinator at PSAV and Stagehand/Union Labor Steward with IATSE Local 720 in Las Vegas. Early career experience includes working as a V-Twin Mechanic and Custom Motorcycle Builder with Las Vegas Choppers, as well as Operations Supervisor at Mid America Data Services.
