Steve Ossenheimer

Steve Ossenheimer is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a diverse background in hospitality and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Encore since November 2011, Steve oversees recruitment for a company known for exceptional client services and innovative audiovisual technology. Previously, Steve held the position of Recruitment Manager at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex and worked as a contract recruiter for Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill. At Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Steve served as Director of Talent Acquisition, where a successful recruiting strategy significantly reduced management turnover. Earlier in the career, Steve was the Manager of Human Resources at Darden Restaurants, managing staffing and employee relations functions. Steve holds a BA in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Webster University.
