Tom Milano

Tom Milano has several years of experience in the medical device repair industry, having held various leadership roles in different companies. Tom currently serves as President and COO at Encore Medical Device Repair, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Agiliti as a Regional Director from March 2021 to October 2022. Tom also served as VP National Sales at Coast To Coast Medical Repair from May 2015 to June 2021 and as Principal at Empire Medical since July 2017.

Tom Milano earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Human Biology from Rutgers University, which they attended from 1994 to 1999.
