Brandon Finley

Brandon Finley is an experienced professional in the oilfield services and diesel mechanics industries, with a career spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as West Area Field Manager and Senior Lead Technician at Encore Oilfield Services, LLC since May 2020, Brandon previously held significant roles at USA Compression, including Director of Operations and Area Service Manager. Earlier experience includes Operations Field Supervisor at Axip Energy Services, LP, and Area Field Supervisor at Valerus, where management of over 50 engine-driven gas compressors was a key responsibility. Brandon began a technical career as a Diesel Mechanic at Truck Ag & Auto and Clark Tractor. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Diesel Mechanics Technology from TSTC Waco Campus and studies in Semiconductor Manufacturing from Weatherford College.
