Rick Yzaguirre

Rick Yzaguirre is an experienced manager and leader in the oilfield services and compression industries, currently serving as the Manager of Field Services at Encore Oilfield Services, LLC, since April 2020. Previous positions include Regional Manager for Roto-Versal Compression Services, Director of Operations at USA Compression, and Operations Manager at S&R Compression, where Rick has honed skills in leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Rick's military background includes a distinguished career in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring as Chief Warrant Officer 2 after several roles that encompassed heavy equipment maintenance and operational support in various deployments.
