Amber Lessard

Amber Lessard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amber is currently the Director of Construction and Asset Management at Encore Renewable Energy since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Project Manager-Field Services at the same company from November 2020 to April 2022. Before joining Encore Renewable Energy in 2020, Amber was the Operations Maintenance Services Manager at Aegis Renewable Energy, Inc. from June 2020 to November 2020.

Earlier in their career, Amber worked at SunCommon as the Commercial Installation Lead from March 2018 to May 2020, and prior to that, they were a Solar Installer from April 2017 to March 2018. Amber also has experience as a Production Specialist at VT Artisan Coffee & Tea Co. from September 2015 to April 2017.

Amber has previous experience in the wine industry, working as a Tasting Room Manager & Vineyard Assistant at Six Mile Creek from July 2013 to August 2015. Furthermore, they completed the Leave No Trace Trainer Course in 2011 and acquired the Telehandler Operator certification from Essex Equipment in 2019.
