Dalia Shafik

Dalia Shafik is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Managing Director & Head of Asset Management at Thndr since June 2025. Prior to this role, Dalia held the position of CEO & Managing Director at Beltone Asset Management from September 2012 to April 2025, where Dalia also served as the Head of Equities. Dalia's extensive background includes leadership roles at EFG Holding, including Managing Director positions at Hermes Fund Management and Egyptian Portfolio Management Company, along with experience as Vice President at Hermes Fund Management. Dalia began a career in finance at the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) as a Senior Research Associate and Research Analyst. Dalia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The American University in Cairo.
