David Westgate

David Westgate has extensive executive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries, currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of Compensation & Governance Committee at Charter Manufacturing and Encore Repair Services. Westgate held significant positions at Carestream as Chairman, President, and CEO (Retired) and Executive Chairman, along with serving as CEO at Jason Industries Incorporated and Chairman, President, and CEO at Jason Incorporated. Westgate's earlier career includes roles as President/CEO at Rieter Automotive Americas and Solvay Automotive, and Manager of Materials Inspection and Quality Engineering at Rockwell International. Westgate earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business between 1997 and 1999.
