Jeremy Jenson is the Chief Executive Officer of Encore Search Partners, LLC, a Houston-based direct hire search firm specializing in recruiting high-earning professionals. In addition to this role, Jeremy serves as CEO of ESP Financial Search, which focuses on identifying top talent for financial services firms. As the host of "The Path to Success" podcast, Jeremy facilitates discussions on achieving varied forms of success. Active in the Entrepreneurs' Organization as a member and board chair for various initiatives, Jeremy also invests in early-stage companies through the Houston Angel Network. Previously, Jeremy held multiple leadership, marketing, and recruitment roles in various organizations, including Vistage Worldwide, Market Share Solutions, and Gajeske, Inc. Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Houston.
