Michael Barash

Michael Barash currently serves as a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager at Encore Search Partners, LLC, since January 2023, where recognition includes Rookie of the Year in 2023 and being a Top Biller in both Q1 and Q2 of 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Baseball Operations at Sam Houston State University from October 2020 to January 2023, managing all operational aspects of the baseball program and overseeing budgeting and fundraising. Previously, Michael Barash worked as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Angelina College, focusing on daily operations and athlete recruitment. Michael Barash also played professionally with the Los Angeles Angels from June 2016 to July 2018. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences with a focus on Youth Development from Texas A&M University, attained from 2015 to 2018.
