Abbie Filliater, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Abbie began their career as a Senior Ambassador at the University of Cincinnati Office of Undergraduate Admissions from November 2009 to December 2013. Following this, they worked as an Intern at Overland Xpress from December 2013 to April 2014. Abbie then joined Axcess Financial as an HR Administrator on a temporary basis, where they utilized the ATS Taleo to hire employees, handle background checks, and manage new hire paperwork.

In 2014, Abbie joined Sheakley as a Payroll Specialist and worked in this role until July 2022. During their tenure, they also took on various HR positions, including HR Specialist from July 2016 to August 2020, HR Team Lead from May 2019 to January 2022, HR Consultant from February 2019 to January 2022, and Human Resources Manager from July 2020 to January 2022.

In January 2022, Abbie transitioned to G&W Products as an HR Manager, where they stayed until July 2022. Abbie is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Encore Technologies, beginning in July 2022.

Abbie's experience encompasses various HR roles, including payroll, recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR management. Their work history demonstrates their ability to handle diverse responsibilities and adapt to different organizational needs.
