Chris Burns

Chris Burns is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the education and business sectors. Currently serving as the Education and Marketing Manager at Encore Technologies since January 2016, Chris has previously held positions as Director of Vertical Marketing and Director of Business Marketing at CBTS, where responsibilities included managing marketing strategies and overseeing corporate website development. Early career experiences include a role as a Proposal Developer at Xerox Connect, focusing on competitive bids and proposal development. Chris holds a Master’s Degree in History from Indiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and History from Northern Kentucky University. Currently retired since July 2025.
