Douglas Oosterbaan

Douglas Oosterbaan has over 26 years of experience in software engineering. Douglas started their career at LexisNexis Group in 1995 and worked there as a Senior Software Engineer for 23 years before transitioning to Strategic Data Systems in 2018. At Strategic Data Systems, they served as a Senior Consulting Engineer, specializing in REST-based microservice development using Java/Kotlin. Douglas also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification and gained some experience with Microsoft Azure and GCP. In 2020, they joined Encore Technologies as a Consulting Software Engineer.

Douglas Oosterbaan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University. In February 2020, they also received certifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
